Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences Kuala Lumpur has chosen ‘Selera Warisan’ to be the theme for the Ramadhan buffet spread of 2018 offering kampung-styled dishes with extravaganza flavors to suit the modern palate. It showcases over 150 different dishes from freshly prepared salads to kerabu, soups, hot dishes, mouth-watering desserts and a variety of thirst-quenching beverages.
For this year, Concorde Hotel Shah Alam has chosen ‘The Best of Kota Anggerik’ as the theme for their Ramadhan buffet of 2018. The menu comprises of over 100 scrumptious dishes. Diners can look forward to the hotel’s specialty and signature dishes such as Sup Gear Box and Bubur Lambuk.
The hotel also distributed 8,000 packs of their infamous Bubur Lambuk which has been their annual event to the crowd, mosques, orphanages as well as underprivileged homes nearby.
This Ramadhan, Bangi Golf Resort (BGR) Restaurant is set to charm guests with their signature Buffet Ramadhan from 19 May 2018 to 13 June 2018. BGR Restaurant is HALAL certified by JAKIM and is one of the very few golf resorts in Malaysia to receive this accreditation since 2009. Known for serving up a gastronomic buffet that offers both variety and quality, BGR Restaurant will once again offer a sumptuous spread of 200 plus dishes, featuring popular Malay, Western and Oriental cuisine.
This year, Soi 23 Restaurant at Pacific Regency Hotel & Suites is offering ‘Juadah Warisan’ Ramadhan Buffet from 19th May 2018 until 13th June 2018 serving authentic Malay food inspired by their team of chefs’ hometown recipes. Over 100 selection of foods will be available for diners to feast on. Be prepared for some hot and tasty dishes like Ayam Pencen Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api, Rendang Tok Wan, while being served with piping hot steamed white rice joined with a variety of ‘ulams’ and an array of spicy sambals.
WEIL hotel Ipoh has chosen the theme “Dari Dapur Bondaku” (A taste from mother’s kitchen) for this year’s Ramadhan buffet spread at TIFFIN Restaurant. Diners will be able to enjoy not only the traditional flavorsome Ramadhan dishes but also many authentic flavors from the chef’s mother’s kitchen such as Nasi Permata, Gulai Rebung dengan Perut, Ikan Patin Gulai Tempoyak, Daging Masak Kuzi, Dalcha Kambing and many more mouth-watering dishes. TIFFIN will also be featuring an action stall corner where diners will be able to pick dishes from the Satay Counter, Noodle Counter, Sup Tulang Counter, Shawarma Counter, Goreng Counter and a whole lot more.
TPC Kuala Lumpur’s Selera Muhibbah leading chefs are Chef Abu Zaren bin Bakri, Chef Abdul Aziz bin Abdul Rahman and Chef Azmin bin Mohamed Burhan. They will be presenting authentic traditional dishes such as Gulai Ikan Patin Tempoyak, Rendang Hati Lembu, Daging Masak Merah, Telur Itik Masak Lemak Cili Padi and more for the daily buffet spread. Special local stall favorites include Kambing Panggang, Lidah Bakar, Seafood Kava, Asam Laksa, Fried Carrot Cake, Popiah as well as the new Asam Pedak Lok-Lok and many more.
